4 chicken sausages, sliced into rounds

1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of red, green, and yellow)

1 cup zucchini, sliced

1 small red onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
