1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Cooking spray or olive oil for misting

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This ensures they become crispy during cooking.

    Set Up Breading Station: In one shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture to coat, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the shrimp.
