Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Heat: Gradually mix in the Frank’s Buffalo Sauce until fully incorporated. Taste the mixture, and add more sauce if you like it spicier.

Incorporate Chicken: Fold in the shredded cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese if using. Ensure everything is well combined.

Bake the Dip: Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle a little extra shredded cheddar cheese on top if desired.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks!
