Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and creamy.

    Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

      Top the cheesy chicken with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

        Carefully fold the sides of each tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Ensure the filling is secured inside.

          Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

            Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

              Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing each wrap in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
