Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken: Season the grilled chicken slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.

    Sauté Garlic: In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

      Mix the Cheese: In a bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add the sautéed garlic to the cheese mixture and stir well.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. On one half of the tortilla, layer the spinach, followed by grilled chicken slices, a sprinkle of the cheesy garlic mixture, and diced tomatoes. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top if desired.

          Roll It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing all the ingredients inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

            Grill the Wraps (optional): Place the wraps seam-side down in a preheated skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
