Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil spray or butter, for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread an equal portion of the chicken and cheese mixture on each tortilla. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and cherry tomato slices on top of the filling.

Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil or melt a bit of butter. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Slice them in half diagonally and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce like marinara, ranch, or a garlic aioli.
