1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or pepper jack for a kick)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1 small tomato, sliced

Butter or olive oil for grilling

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.
