2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup cottage cheese (whole or low-fat)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Olive oil, for cooking

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
