1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced apple, chopped celery, walnuts, and dried cranberries or raisins.
