4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

      Prepare Chicken: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, carefully create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing halfway through the thickest part.

        Stuff the Chicken: Generously fill each chicken pocket with the spinach and feta mixture, securing the opening with toothpicks if necessary.
