1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup chipotle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked jasmine or brown rice

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: lime wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts and chipotle ranch dressing. Ensure the chicken is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the marinated chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

        Prepare the Burrito Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, corn, diced tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Assemble the Burrito: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the rice and bean mixture in the center of the tortilla, add a few slices of grilled chicken on top.

            Wrap It Up: To fold the burrito, first, fold in the sides over the filling, then roll from the bottom up, tucking it in tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
