Ingredients

1.5 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups beef broth

1 cup uncooked egg noodles

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot and pour in the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked egg noodles. Ensure they are fully submerged in the liquid.

Once the noodles are tender, stir in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley and with the remaining cheese sprinkled on top.
