Ingredients

8 small soft tortillas (flour or corn)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 cup mango, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced

1 cup blueberries

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup coconut yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, mango, kiwi, blueberries, and banana. Gently toss to combine.

Make the Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with honey (or agave), lime juice, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Warm the Tortillas: Heat the soft tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15-20 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

Assemble the Tacos: Take a warm tortilla and spread a generous spoonful of the yogurt sauce in the center. Top it with a small amount of the mixed fruit.

Garnish: If desired, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top and add fresh mint leaves for an extra burst of flavor.

Serve: Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a taco shape. Arrange the fruit tacos on a serving platter and serve immediately, drizzling with additional yogurt sauce if desired.
