Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

1 pound sliced deli ham (such as honey ham)

12 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prep the Rolls: Carefully cut the pack of Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the bottom half attached. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer Ham and Cheese: On the bottom half of the rolls, layer the ham slices evenly, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese.

Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Brush the Sliders: Drizzle or brush the sauce evenly over the tops of the sliders, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish & Serve: Once done, remove the sliders from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before slicing along the seams and serving warm.
