Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup diced onions

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp sugar

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until fully browned and drain excess fat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of special sauce in the center of the tortilla.

Layer Ingredients: On top of the special sauce, add a portion of ground beef, followed by a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, pickles, and diced onions.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Ensure all ingredients are tucked in. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

Toast (Optional): For a crispy finish, place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and drizzle a little extra special sauce on top if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds for an extra touch.
