2 large yellow onions, finely chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Assorted dippers (tortilla chips, sliced baguette, veggie sticks)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, stirring frequently. Cook until the onions are soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

        Stir in the caramelized onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
