Ingredients
  

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk (or milk alternative)

1 large egg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional: chocolate sauce and additional mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

      Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing; some lumps are fine.

        Add S’mores Goodies: Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips into the batter.

          Heat the Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
