Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

4 oz sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

On the wide end of each triangle, place 2-3 slices of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella.

Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the cheese and pepperoni.

Roll the triangle from the wide end towards the point, encasing the filling securely within the dough.

Place the rolled croissants onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a nice golden color when baked.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are puffed up and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
