1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

A handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes (optional, for a chillier texture)

Instructions

Prep the Watermelon: Start by cutting the watermelon into cubes and removing any seeds. If you prefer a smoother texture, freeze the watermelon cubes for about an hour.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, coconut water, Greek yogurt (if using), honey, lime juice, and mint leaves.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth. If you want it to be extra chilled, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.

Taste Test: Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if needed. Blend once more to combine.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with extra mint leaves or a small wedge of watermelon on the rim.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and hydrating watermelon smoothie!
