2 cups marinara sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped shrimp, chopped scallops, minced garlic, and fresh spinach. Season the mixture with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.

Stuff Shells: Carefully fill each cooked pasta shell with the seafood and cheese mixture, placing them open side up in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Add Sauce: Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are all covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake: Drizzle olive oil over the dish, then cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish & Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy your delicious Ocean's Treasure Stuffed Shells!
