1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup salsa (mild or spicy based on preference)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Corn or flour tortillas, for serving

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sliced jalapeños (optional, for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Layer the Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the salsa over the chicken, followed by the softened cream cheese, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
