8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1-2 teaspoons red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or mushroom sauce for a vegetarian option)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sugar

2 green onions, chopped

1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.
