Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup salsa

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Sour cream, for serving

Instructions

Prep the Steak: In a bowl, combine sliced flank steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Fries: In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the fries and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while still hot.

Cook the Steak: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated flank steak. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Burritos: Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 15 seconds on each side. Lay one tortilla flat and layer a portion of sliced steak, a handful of fries, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce in the center.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll from the bottom to form a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Toast the Burritos: In a lightly oiled skillet, toast each burrito seam-side down for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Slice the burritos in half and serve with salsa, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream on the side for dipping.
